Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00.
Entry is only allowed during this time frame.
If you arrive
after 20:00 without prior notice, it #will be considered a
cancellation.

There are no drying facilities, so
please bring a complete set of spare clothes.

Bathing facilities and washbasins are
not available.

Due to adverse weather conditions, the
mountain trail and mountain hut may be closed.

In case of equipment
failure necessary for mountain hut operation (such as generators),
temporary closure may occur.

Please take any garbage you bring with
you when you leave.

A cancellation fee of 5% will be
charged from the reservation completion.

excessive multiple bookings and a large number of
reservations made by agents. As we want as many
customers as possible to climb Mount Fuji, we have
made the difficult decision to implement a 5%
cancellation fee from the reservation completion
stage.
